"Asylum seekers, law and justice"
March 6 - 8.30pm, Lecture Theatre 5, Arts Tower, University of Sheffield, Western Bank
A meeting for law students, local legal practitioners, asylum seekers and activists to understand recent developments in asylum/immigration law and their political context. Region of Sanctuary Conference, Bradford.

9:30am til 3.30pm, St Peter’s House, Forster Square, Bradford BD1 4TY

This free one day conference is designed to:

• Explore the vision of becoming a ‘Region of Sanctuary’ in Yorkshire and the Humber.
• Increase Refugee Community Organisations’ ability to influence and benefit from regional involvement;
• Improve working relationships and sharing good practice between agencies working in Yorkshire and the Humber;
• Increase knowledge of working with local authorities across the region.
